Greg Brophey, owner of Prosperity Homes, began working in the New Home Construction Industry as a part-time summer job.  He found building homes rewarding and knew this is what he wanted to do.  He also realized the best place to start was to construct homes for the entry-level purchaser, so this is where he specialized his efforts for a number of years.

Over 33 years in the building industry, Greg has built the company from a “one man show” to one with a compliment of full-time, part-time and seasonal employees.  The company has grown from building a couple of homes a year to building a number of homes each year in the London area.  We still cater to the entry-level home purchaser, but have expanded to offer Larger and Executive Style homes for the “move-up” purchaser.
